Website Design & Development Policy

Sub Navigation

At Driliquid Studio, we design websites that integrate aesthetic beauty with elements that support exceptional search engine performance, ease of navigation, and browser compatibility. Our design policies were created to enable us to deliver the best possible product to each individual client.

Please review the following information to learn about our design process:

  • Driliquid Studio does not copyright website designs; upon completion the design belongs to you; if project has not been completed, the client has NO RIGHT to use, modify or alter in any form the design or programming code for any use.
  • Upon Completion payment is required in full before launch of the website. Any future changes made to your website will be based on hourly charge.
  • Refunds: Once Website has been completed and launched there are Absolutely no Refund on the project. If the client does not want to finish the project. Client will forfeit their deposit based on the hours that was put into the project and will be refunded the remaining balance.
  • Launch of a website indicates that website has been approved by the client and that the project has been completed.
  • Driliquid Studio hourly rate applies to actual design time, consultation, and revisions.
  • We require a deposit equaling at least 50% of our estimate. We must receive the deposit before we’ll schedule the design work.
  • If the design time exceeds the original estimate, all work will cease until we receive written authorization from you to continue work at an additional cost.
  • Typically, a homepage design and interior page template take approximately 10 to 15 hours. Additional pages usually take about 30 to 90 minutes.
  • Complicated elements such as slideshows, hover buttons, flash, virtual tours, printable pages, etc. will increase the total amount of design time for your website.
  • Working with third-party designers and consultants may slow down the design process.
  • Frequent changes in color, logos, or layouts require a short trip “back to the drawing board” and will increase the timeline and cost of the design.
  • Digital images must be in PC format and in an Adobe PhotoShop- or Illustrator-compatible file, such as .jpg, .gif, .psd, .ai, .tif, and .eps. The preferred format for sending text is in a text document (via e-mail, HTML, Microsoft Word, or a general text editor such as Notepad).
  • Upon completion of your design, we place an unobtrusive link at the bottom of your website with the following text: “Website designed, hosted and promoted by Drilqiuid Studio Internet Marketing, Inc.” This link must remain on your site for as long as we host and maintain it. Should you chose to move your site to a different host, you are free to remove this link.

You can minimize the amount of time your website stays in the design process by:

  • Providing text for the website in digital format (to save us from having to retype it).
  • E-mailing all of your information regarding your physical property in a timely manner. This information can include brochures or text describing your common areas and grounds; room or rental descriptions, rates, and policies; photographs (both exterior and interior); logos; quotations and/or testimonials; and any other details you’d like to showcase on the Internet. Please include any specific preferences toward certain design elements (slide shows, event calendars, etc.), favorite color schemes, and the fine points of your property that may not be immediately obvious to the casual observer.
